Join us for open play Mahjong hosted by Leticia Nix of Omahjong. This is the perfect excuse to gather your friends, sharpen your tile-tapping skills, and enjoy a Friday cocktail together during Heirloom’s Summer Fridays at Millwork Commons - 1210 Nicholas Street.
What to expect:
Welcome cocktails and cocktails start at 5pm. Nosh on oysters, snacks, and our full market menu. Note: food service ends at 7pm.
Two hours of open play starting at 5:30pm: Bring your favorite strategies, share tips, and learn from fellow Mahjong enthusiasts in a friendly, social setting. All sets will be provided, but please bring your 2026 NMJL card.
3 guided play tables available for beginners who need help with rule clarifications or those looking for strategy input. Great for beginners who want a little more practice before joining an open play. Note: this is not a formal lesson.
Additional drinks and snacks available for purchase at the market. There will also be prizes!
