Polish Pierogis - Stuffed with Traditional Potato and Cheese Filling. Then you will have an opportunity to add additional ingredients like sauerkraut, quark cheese, mushrooms, fresh herbs, onions, etc. You will learn how to balance flavors and adapt recipes to your palate.
Bavarian Pork or Chicken Schnitzel - Thinly beaten pork generously coated in fresh breadcrumbs and fried to golden-brown perfection. Yum! This is one of my go-to dishes to make at home for a week-night dinner.
Class consists of two hours of cooking and lessons, followed by a group dinner at our table. We welcome you to this class with a welcome snack and serve your dinner with cookies for dessert. This is a hands on cooking class and please wear kitchen safe shoes.
