Summer is for rose! This class is a crash course on dishes to pair perfectly with different varietals of rose. You will sit at the bar during Friday Oyster Night and have access to adding on oysters and additional snacks, as well as having extra private time by yourselves to enjoy the space and have a guided shopping experience. A perfect Summer Friday in my book!
Our chefs will lead this guided tasting of expertly selected dishes paired with a selection of roses encompassing a range of styles. You’ll sip your way to an understanding of pairing principles, so you can approach the wine shop with newfound confidence.
At the end of the lesson, you will have a private shopping experience at the market.
