Learn the basic techniques of pasta making and Italian cooking, including how to make fresh pasta and homemade pasta sauces and roll different shapes of noodles that you can take home with you.

Welcome snacks upon arrival. This class includes two hours of hands on cooking followed by a group dinner. Dinner is served with served with salad and Italian cookies.

This is a hands-on cooking class with cooking involved, so please wear non-slip shoes. Class is limited to 10 guests. Class is $110 per guest and includes gratuity for Heirloom’s staff.
