We’ll cover essential techniques from seasoning and simmering to kneading and shaping, so you can recreate these comforting favorites at home.

We’d be happy to plan a private cooking class for you. Classes are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the class you purchase, please call us. You are also welcome to transfer them. We will do our best to sell your tickets, and if they do, we will issue you a refund. If we cannot resell your tickets, you will not receive a refund. Please consider gifting a gift certificate if you are unsure of dates. If there is inclement weather the night of the event, our team will make a determination the day of the class.
