Thursday, February 12th - Fish Butchery and Cooking

Do you have a fear of cooking fish at home? Or have you always wanted to take your fish cookery to the next level?

Our Chefs will help you conquer your fears with professional cooking and butchery techniques, and recipes that reap the health benefits and international flavors of seafood. Each student will work individually to butcher their own market-fresh, round fish and then work together with their partner to cook the recipes.

  • Whole Fish Butchery 

  • Learn how to perfectly saute fish served with roasted seasonal vegetables and mustard shallot herb sauce

  • Fish en Papillote with Spinach and Tomatoes

Wine and beer will be available for purchase.

This is a hands-on cooking class with cooking involved, so please wear non-slip shoes. Class is limited to 10 guests.

Class limited to 10 participants. If you are interested in this class, but would prefer to do it privately, please contact us at shelley@heirloomff.com or 402-378-2784. We’d be happy to plan a private cooking class for you. Classes are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the class you purchase, please call us. You are also welcome to transfer them. We will do our best to sell your tickets, and if they do, we will issue you a refund. If we cannot resell your tickets, you will not receive a refund. Please consider gifting a gift certificate if you are unsure of dates. If there is inclement weather the night of the event, our team will make a determination the day of the class.
