Learn the basic techniques of pasta making and Italian cooking, including how to make fresh pasta and homemade pasta sauces and roll different shapes of noodles that you can take home with you.

Welcome snacks upon arrival. This class includes two hours of hands on cooking followed by a group dinner. Dinner is served with served with salad and Italian cookies.

Making Dough from Scratch and Rolling Pasta Noodles

Cacio e Pepe - iconic Roman pasta made with few ingredients; pasta, Pecorino Romano cheese, and pepper. Follow our simple tips and technique for the perfect creamy and flavor packed sauce.

Pasta alla Norma - Legend says that this iconic Sicilian dish was created in the 1800s after opening night of Bellini’s opera Norma. Pasta topped with eggplant, tomato sauce, and ricotta salata makes for a hearty vegetarian meal that can be whipped together in under an hour.

Wine and beer will be available for purchase.

This is a hands-on cooking class with cooking involved, so please wear non-slip shoes. Class is limited to 10 guests.
