Participants will learn essential food safety rules, proper equipment handling, and modern preservation methods while transforming fresh seasonal produce into delicious, shelf-stable jars to enjoy all year long.

  • Berries - Make Compote

  • Sweet Corn - Blanch and cut the kernels off the cob to freeze in bags for later use

  • Herbs - Chop late summer herbs and freeze them in olive oil or water inside ice cube trays

Wine and beer will be available for purchase.

Ticketed events are nonrefundable. If you are no longer able to attend an event you have purchased tickets for, there are two options. You may either gift/sell your tickets to family or friends. The second option is to contact Heirloom Fine Foods and we can try to resell the tickets for you! If tickets resell through Heirloom, we will refund you the price of your tickets.
