Menu:

Cheese Soufflé

Creamy Chicken-and-Mushroom Fricassee

Profiteroles (French Cream Puffs) with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Chocolate Ganache Sauce

Class consists of two hours of cooking and lessons, followed by a group dinner at our table. We welcome you to this class with a welcome snack (gourgeres) and serve your dinner with cookies for dessert. This is a hands on cooking class and please wear kitchen safe shoes.

Class limited to 10 participants. If you are interested in this class, but would prefer to do it privately, please contact us at shelley@heirloomff.com or 402-378-2784. We’d be happy to plan a private cooking class for you. Classes are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the class you purchase, please call us. You are also welcome to transfer them. We will do our best to sell your tickets, and if they do, we will issue you a refund. If we cannot resell your tickets, you will not receive a refund. Please consider gifting a gift certificate if you are unsure of dates. If there is inclement weather the night of the event, our team will make a determination the day of the class.
