How to Make Beef Wellington - Thursday, February 19th

Beef Wellington is a Beautiful Union of Textures and Flavors, and is a dish we added to our catering menu in 2024. Our method is based on Gordon Ramsey’s famous Beef Wellington recipe. We will teach you the traditional techniques for preparing a a perfect beef tenderloin wrapped in a crisp, puff pastry and filled with mushroom pate.

Guests are welcomed with a snack and will be served cookies for dessert. Wine and beer will be available for purchase.

This is a hands-on cooking class with cooking involved, so please wear non-slip shoes. Class is limited to 9 guests. Class is $110 per guest and includes gratuity for Heirloom’s staff.

We’d be happy to plan a private cooking class for you. Classes are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the class you purchase, please call us. You are also welcome to transfer them. We will do our best to sell your tickets, and if they do, we will issue you a refund. If we cannot resell your tickets, you will not receive a refund. Please consider gifting a gift certificate if you are unsure of dates. If there is inclement weather the night of the event, our team will make a determination the day of the class.
