





Thursday, June 26th - A Summer Trip to France

France is absolutely one of our most favorite countries due to the richness of its culinary traditions. We look forward to introducing you to traditional French cooking techniques during this culinary adventure class.
This is a hands on cooking class. During class, we will explore French cuisine. With our Chefs as your guide, you'll practice classic cooking techniques to create your own French meal perfect for summer when you want to eat en plein air (outside).

Bistro Steak with Buttermilk Onion Rings
Summer Fruit Galette
Class consists of two hours of cooking and lessons, followed by a group dinner at our table.
Note: wine and beer will be available for purchase
